TSM Server 6.3.3.100 for AIX 7.1-01-06 (database size 80GB utilized 50 %)

For all previous versions of TSM (latest 5.5.6) I was  backing up in offline 
mode (stopped TSM Server):

1)      file system with all configuration files (dsmserv.opt, volume history, 
device configuration, etc);

2)      file systems with TSM database;

3)      file systems with TSM database logs.
This none-TSM based backup was used as additional backup to be able to restore 
TSM database in case of problems with normal TSM backups.
In all previous versions I was able to restore all file systems and start TSM 
Server.

Is there any possibility to restore TSM 6.3.3.100 database from similar 
none-TSM offline backup containing configuration, database, log and archive log 
file systems?
