I think you can ignore message about " sufficient number of mount points" -
this is a copy pool for used primary pool defined by copypoolnames. Client just
stating data will be written only to primary pool.

Can you please check the device_type parameter for the device_class..
sometimes, mismatch in device_type parameter also cause the same issue..
