Tim,

The info given by the library should match what q libvol shows. You maybe
should run an audit library to see it clears things up.

Bob.

Yes we assigned it to logical library_a which is the only library we have
All the other tapes in the library are assigned to library_a

Should I see the same list of tapes via the TS3310 web page for data cartridges
that
I see as a result of q libv tsmlibr

Some of the entries in the "data cartridges" section via the web page don't
exist in the q libv tsmlibr command
and some that appear in q libv tsmlibr don't exist entries in the "data
cartridges" section via the web page

Thanks,

Tim

Did you check the tape in to the library and assign it to the correct pool?

Have a LTO tape that was previously written to. It was outside the library so
we inserted it to do a reclaim process.

After it was inserted we attempted a checkin command but the results show no
volume found.

CHECKIN LIBVOLUME TSMLIBR SEARCH=YES VOLLIST=A00027L5 STATUS=PRIVATE
CHECKLABEL=BARCODE

ANR8431I CHECKIN LIBVOLUME process completed for library TSMLIBR; 0 volume(s)
found.
