I am attempting to get the netezza backup utility working with tsm. They have a 
connector
that allows backing up netezza backups directly into tsm.

Has anyone tried this and got it to work.

./nzbackup -u user -pw psw -db TDS -connector tivioli  -connectorArgs 
"TSM_PASSWORD=xxxxx"


Error: unable to connect to host 'localhost', port '5483' - Connection refused.
