Run the following steps on the target server:
- halt the TSM server
- ensure that the TSM service is stopped.
- open a DB2 commandline window
- run "set DB2INSTANCE=server1"
- run "db2start"
- run "db2 connect to tsmdb1 user <TSMINSTANCE OWNER>"
- run "db2 set schema=tsmdb1"
- run "db2 "delete from replicating_servers where serverid=0""
- run "db2 "select * from replicating_servers" -> please check that no 
serverid=0 entry exists any longer
- run "db2 terminate"
- start TSM again
