What should we check? We checked permissions of the service as Richard
suggested, but it is set to "local system" - the default.
FWIW, this was working - last entry in the dsmerror.log is 07/11/2011 -
user says "nothing has changed" other than the private IP address it uses.

Also check to see if the scheduler service is pointing to a different
location for the schedule log.
