Hi,

not that I have any clue whatsoever but the following info might help:

1- OS, I'm guessing windows or linux
2- Is the OS fully patched?
3- which version of atape/ibmtape are you using?
4- which version of TSM are you using
5- sandiscovery on or off?
6- if on windows, do you have persistent binding enabled?
7- and have you tried using not the most recent driver
8- are your san-switches up to date?
