We used a TS3310 before and then bought a TS3200 and I'm regretting it
all the way since.

My 2c worth is to rather fork out the extra dough for a TS3310, you
wouldn't know how much frustration you will spare yourself.

It's not that the unit doesn't work, but it's slow, the web-interface is
clunky and doesn't allways work as expected and so far IBM support are
unable to solve the niggles we have with the web-interface for example
sometimes I need to move tapes, but only the first move will work,
thereafter I need to reboot the unit to use that functionality again etc
etc.

Small things that irritate me no end.  We also have a TS3580 and it's
fine but just the TS3200 is a pain.
