Onsite copy pools will be requested automatically during restore, if primary
pool volumes are unvailable.
This is normal disaster mode recovery (at Disaster Site), when primary pool
volumes are marked UNAVAILABLE and available copy volumes changed from OFFSITE
to READONLY.

Subject: [ADSM-L] copy pool for restore load balancing
Hi,
A primary tape pool has 8 drives and they are busy right now. Will the copy
pool (which is an on-site tape pool defined on another tape library) help if
clients need to restore something? Copy pool helps if something is wrong
with the primary pool, how about contribution to restore if primary is not
ready?
Thanks
