I assume you checked for active backup sessions?

Sounds like the backup status flag on the Domino server, for that
database, is still set due to an incomplete backup.  I am not very
proficient in Notes (just lot of grey hairs from working with them), but I
think there is a way to clear that flag.  We have seen something like
this, in the past.

Since a few days, one of our domino servers is generating a lot of errors:

ACD5450E A failure occurred on TSM server session number (0), rc=416
Attempt to backup a database that is currently being backed up.
Backup of __database__ failed.

This is on win2003 with TDP for Mail version 5.5.2.6 and TSM client
5.5.2.6
on a TSM 5.4.4 server on AIX. It was also occuring last week, on the same
server before we upgraded the server from 5.2.

Has anyone seen this before? My first suspicion was that there were two
TSM
schedulers running at the same time, but that doesn't appear to be the
case.
