That did not work for us.  Since this volume became a problem, I patched
the server to 6.1.3.4 and restarted it. Same problem after the
patch/reboot.

Hi Zoltan!
I have seen this behavior too a few months ago. In my case bouncing the
server helped, I could delete the volume afterwards.

Yep......Similar error/problem.  Never starts/fails immediately

Did you try to perform an audit on the volume(s) using the "fix" option?
