It has been a while since I had occasion to set up backups on a
Windows cluster, but I think you are missing at least two things
and possibly three things:

1.Configuring the clustering infrastructure to start the cluster
CAD instance on the new cluster host during a fail-over.
2.Configuring the clustering infrastructure to replicate the
registry key used to store the TSM password for the cluster node.
3.Updating each host-specific options file so that it only calls
for backups of the host's own disks, and updating the cluster
options file so that it only calls for backups of cluster disks
(this is the one I am not sure about).
