I just received this from a user. She's getting this on 2 Windows boxes. I
haven't heard of this from any other users, including my own desktop. Any
ideas?

Hello,
Having some difficulty with the adb5 backups. The TSM scheduler is set to
start automatically, but when I check the backups it has stopped unexpectedly
with the following error:
Faulting application dsmcsvc.exe, version 6.1.3.1, faulting module dsmcsvc.exe,
version 6.1.3.1, fault address 0x00000000000e7b9d.
