You register the licenses with the Register license command: "help reg
lic" "help q lic"
The Audit License command runs periodically and will start logging errors
if you don't have enough licenses registered.
It seems to me more of an honor-system utility to help you keep track of
when you need to buy more licenses
as opposed to IBM license enforcement.

That is, of course, until IBM decides to perform a site audit to verify
your licenses.

Say for example that I need to rebulid a TSM server.

I put all the software on an new server, restore my db and storagae pool.
In terms of licenses, what do I need to do.   Is there a phycsical key
file,
is there a process, coudl I get the key again from IBM, is based on an
honer
system.
