Geoff,

There are 2 drives defined.....DRIVE01 and DRIVE02.....

DRIVE02 is connected via SCSI cable to the SCSI controller at the TSM Server. 
DRIVE01 is connected to DRIVE02 (cascade) and has a SCSI termination on it.

How are these drives connected? Have you done any port/cable swapping to see if 
the problem moves?
