Did you check your rights/access to the dsmc command/directory?  Can you
sudo as root and try it?

f.y.i - even when I just type in dsmc on the client to get the the TSM>
prompt it won't do that it just returns no action

Does anyone know why the follow command do not seem to work? It does
nothing but return back to the command line? has anyone ever had this
issue

f.y.i - these are unix servers and I trying to restore a directore from
one server to another
