Do you have them setup in an Enterprise Management config?  How do these two 
instances talk to each other?  I'm assuming they are setup, other than being on 
the same box, to communicate with each other.

I have TSM installed in a windows test server and configured two TSM server
instances in it. They work fine separately with their own storage pools and
clients like on two different boxes. But when I change the password of admin
on server2, server1 will be affected. Why?
