Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 changed some significant architectural
constructs.
It is not a simple change like Exchange 2003 --> Exchange 2007 was.
One thing to note is that Microsoft will NOT support legacy-style
(streaming)
backups with Exchange Server 2010. That means VSS backups will be the only
backup method that Microsoft supports with Exchange Server 2010.

The current *target date for Data Protection for Exchange
fully supporting Exchange Server 2010 is 2Q10.

However, if you require something earlier, please contact your IBM rep.
IBM is offering a limited availability version that might
help you bridge the gap until final GA.

*Any dates above are “target” dates and can change at IBM’s discretion.
They do not represent a commitment by IBM.

Thanks,

Del
