Thanks Richard.
All works fine from TSM side and no errors in any Hardware etc.
Only the errors in the TSM actlog.

On examining the TS3310 Library Logs, it was the Picker at fault (BRAND
NEW LIBRARY).
It has been replaced by the engineer and all is no working.

Do the basics:  Check your AIX Error Log for indications of problems,  
and employ OS commands such as tapeutil to test usability of library  
drives.  Some libraries have web pages for inspecting component status.
