Hi list,

I am getting the following error on an IBM ULT-3580 TD2 library when any 
operation is attempted:

ANR8300E I/O error on library LIBLTO1 (OP=8401C05C, CC=-1,
 KEY=FF, ASC=FF, ASCQ=FF, SENSE=**NONE**, Description=An
 undetermined error has occurred).  Refer to Appendix C in
 the 'Messages' manual for recommended action. (SESSION:
 1292, PROCESS: 59)


TSM is 5.5 running on Windows 2003 box. The library is recognized:

         Library Type: SCSI
               ACS Id:
     Private Category:
     Scratch Category:
WORM Scratch Category:
     External Manager:
       RSM Media Type:
               Shared: No
              LanFree:
   ObeyMountRetention:
