We use VMware which can create snapshots of the running VMs.  Does Hyper-V 
do snapshots

[ADSM-L] Backup of Hyper-V Windows virtual machines






Hi all,

Does anybody know if there is a special TSM Client, or TDP for that 
matter, to backup Microsoft Hyper-V virtual machines while they are 
running? I didn´t find anything at IBM product webpage...

Any ideas on how to accomplish that with TSM?
