Did you check the DSMSCHED.LOG on the client? Looks like the error occurred 
during the system state backup.
I have seen these occasionally, but so far they haven't been persistent errors. 
Sometimes caused by a hiccup with
the volume shadow copy service.

Tsm server 5.4.4 on Suse sles9 under zvm 5.3.

Client windows xp running tsm client 5.4.2.

I get the following messages, and the help text for ANS1931 says correct the 
command.


Sorry kids, no command issued, this is a standard scheduled incremental backup

By the way, nothing whatsoever in the server log.
Any ideas where to look next?
