Is the install path "c:\program files\IBM\ISC601", or "c:\program
files\IBM\ISC6011"?

If you're sure it's correct, and it still won't install, I'd suggest a manual
de-install of the ISC, followed by a reboot and reinstall of the ISC & AC.
