Hello,

TSM Client 5.5 is not supported on W2K. Please refer to the link below
to see list of supported OS for versions 5.4 & 5.5.

My recommendations:

** use TSM Client 5.3 (no longer under support by IBM) to perform the
backup of the shadow copy object.
Or

** upgrade the OS to W2k3 then use 5.4 or 5.5 to perform the backup for
the desired shadow copy object.
