Hi Richard,

Try: DELete Volume volume_name DISCARDdata=Yes

Warning: The data is just gone, really gone, after this is done.

Subject: [ADSM-L] recovering from failed disk storage pool volumes

Hi there

I have had a few volumes in a disk storage pool go down as a result of
hardware failure. The pool contains staging data for backups of a
number of nodes prior to migrating to tape. There was not sufficient
time for this data to have been copied to the corresponding copypool
either.

I have recovered the hardware failure but the logical drive have had to
be reinitialised. I now have 5 volumes listed as offline. How do I
'delete' these? It wont let me delete them as it believes there is
still data on it
