Is this with a Library Manager? If so, is there a hung session on it? We have
found that has to be cancelled also.

Subject: [ADSM-L] Problem with a tsm session that refused to be killed
Hi, I have a problem with a TSM session that refuced to be killed. I have
tried the "cancel se ###" command but nothing happens.
The session is from a SQL backup that failed . It is in MediaWaiting status and
it is waiting a mount point in the librery, even when the librery has free
active drivers. I have killed the backup by canceling the tdpql.exe in the
client server (it is a windows server) and there is nothing more running in it.
I have also stopped the TSM scheduler service.
I cant kill the session and when I try to run a backup from the TDP GUI it
fails because it has exceed the number of mountpoints
