It's not officially documented, but you can use the QUERY BACKUP command
with the -DETAIL option and the QUERY trace flag. Note the "Compressed" and
"EncryptType" fields in the example output below:

C:\TSM\baclient>dsmc query backup c:\mydir\ -subdir=yes -detail
