In some cases TSM is very slow reclaiming a volume. It will only check
duration when it has to decide weather or not to start reclaiming a
next volume, not during the reclamation of a volume. Also, it will
happily start reclaiming a volume even if the remaining time is only a
second and then have te reclaim process mediawait for an hour or two ;-)
