Hi,

While doing a full Oracle Online database restore the ITSM server core
dumps with the following error message in the Windows Event viewer:

TSM Server Diagnostic: ANR9999D: ADSM Exception Information: file =
pkthread.c, line = 2301,Code = c0000005, Address = 000007FF7FC530AC
Attempt to read data at address 141bc519

Env:
ITSM server (library client) = Storage Management Server for Windows -
Version 5, Release 5, Level 1.1
ITSM server (library manager) = same (running on the same box)
Machine runs Windows X64, has 16 GB mem and 4 quad core CPU's and is a
dedicated ITSM server with little load.

Client
ITSM storage agent = Storage Management Server for Windows
- Version 5, Release 5, Level 1.0
ITSM TDP = Client
Version: Version 5, release 5, level 0.2
ITSM BA client = Client Version:
Version 5, release 5, level 0.2

Oracle database tdp restores runs over the SAN, has good performance but
never end (after been running for pretty much the whole day) because the
ITSM server core dumps. ITSM library manager, running on the same
machine, stays up and running.
This happens with every full restore (different days, different
back-ups, on different tapes).

Any ideas?

Best regards/Met vriendelijke groet,

Karel
