Have a mgmt class defined that was working but for some reason it
appears
to not be.

Shouldnt the first 3 entries be expired ? They are bound to SQLBACK

Based on this definition any file bound to SQLBACK should be deleted
from
TSM if the file has been deleted from the file system more than 3 days
ago.
