DB backup failed due to ANS1075E (RC102) *(*)The operating system refused a TSM 
request for memory allocation ... see log results below
Is this a TSM server or TSM client issue ? and what could be the cause ?

TSM Server: Version 5, Release 3, Level 5.0 
TSM Client: 5.3.0.0
Both TSM Server and Client run on AIX 5300-06
