Tim,

I will try putting in the

SNAPSHOTPROVIDERFS VSS
SNAPSHOTPROVIDERIMAGE VSS

But after reading on TechNet about scripting a query to the wmi to enumerate
all the files on a computer
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/guide/sas_fil_ghye.mspx?mfr=true,
and looking at where the failure occurs, I think something is failing on the
(hidden) enumeration script. Any of you IBMers willing to disclose the
enumeration method that the baclient uses? Or offer any other bread crumbs?

thanks!
lisa

I did a search on this and came up with this
