Tsm client v5.4.2, server v5.2.9.10.
Client windows xp, server solaris 8.
Problem is, scheduled backups being missed, and no log generated on the client.
I think I found the problem.

On the suggestion of a list member I ran dsmcutil list.

On my machine, windows xp, client 5.4.2, I have two services, the tsm schedler 
service, and the tsm acfcepter.
On the problem machine, I see the tsm scheduler service, but no accepter.
How do I get the accepter installed?

Sorry, I have some trouble with the pdf manuals.  They do not always render 
well with a screen reader.
