Hi All,

We've got an issue regarding the TDPSQL.

We have a TSM Server on Windows v5.4.1.0.
We have a SQL Server 2005.
Client wise we tried with the following configurations:

1:
The TSM BAclient (for the API) was v5.4.0.2 with a
The TDP for SQL was v5.2.1.6

2:
The TSM BAclient is upgraded to v5.5.0.0
The TDP for SQL is upgraded to v5.5.0.0.

Both kept the same problem.

The problem says: ANS1309I (RC9) The requested data is offline (see 3 & 4:)
On another machine it runs smoothly but we can't pinpoint the problem.
In the TDP SQL Gui we can choose the databases but when trying to backup...
We've tried with local system account as well as a specified account.
The SQL data is on-line and accessible.
