If memory serves, you can delete a library without checking out the
libvols. The act of deleting the library will remove all the libvols. You
won't be able to delete the library until all drives and paths are first
removed.

Is there anyway to force TSM (5.4) to checkout volumes from a library that
is no longer powered on? Can I delete a library from TSM if "q libvol"
says it still has tapes in it?
