MS Shadow Copy is failing, as is Automated System Recovery.  MS Shadow
Copy can fail a backup on its own.
There are at least two Scheduler Services that need to be running in
Manual mode:
        Volume Shadow Copy
        MS Software Shadow Copy Provider
You do not absolutely need to run MS Shadow Copy unless you plan to do
system state restores of your Clients.
You can stop it in the dsm.opt file at the Domain statement:
        Domain All-Local -systemstate -systemservices


Your Client is trying to backup a .pst file and are being refused
access.  The owner of the file may have it open and locked, or you may
not have permissions to access it while it is open.
