It is Windows 2003, doesnt have SYSTEMOBJECT
just systemstate and systemservices

In this case, I don't see any issue with the quotes (or lack thereof).

options=-domain=-systemobject is valid.

My guess is that this occurs on a system that does not support the
SYSTEMOBJECT domain, such as Windows 2003.
