I don't see a "hit" on evidenced keywords in the TSM APARs, so some
context may help in this...

 - What operation is being performed?
 - Is this the first time this has been attempted, or is this something
   which has worked in the past?
 - Have there been any substantial changes in the environment?
 - Is the TSM server at a level at least equal to that of the client?
 - Is the operation being run at the same time as other sessions and/or
   processes which would result in server-stored object conflicts?
