It looks like you put the -subdir=yes option in the "objects" setting when
you defined the schedule.

When defining the schedule, specify

   options=-subdir=yes
   objects="/fs1/ /fs2/ /fs3/ ..."

Basically you code these as you would from the command line, e.g.:

   dsmc selective /fs1/ /fs2/ /fs3/ ... -subdir=yes

("..." connotes any additional file systems, and is not part of the
command)
