I've never tried this, but 10% difference is quite a lot.

I think of some possible reasons:
- Does one of the tables count directories as files while the other
skips them?
- Does one table reflect an older state than the other (like "aud
lic" updates the auditoccupancy)?
- Does the caching after migration (if active) lead to files counted
twice?

Just a few ideas, maybe I'm completely wrong...
