Unfortunately, if I read the manual correctly, for TSM, both the wordsize of 
the database and the wordsize of the OS have to match the wordsize of the TDP, 
so it is either all 32 bits or all 64 bits. And since he is running 32 bits 
oracle on 64 bits windows, he can't back-up :(
