The API client and the B/A client are independent of each other: you
cannot use the B/A client to operate on data files backed up by the
API (as used by TDPs, and as reported by your query).  Some B/A
queries return results on API data, but that's about it.

Whereas this seems to be Oracle backup data, I think you'd want to
follow the "Removing old backups" instructions in the TDP Oracle manual.
