There are two servers:
LANCELOT - Library Manager
TSM-SERVER-3 - Library Client

Today morning I spotted a message in the ACTLOG of LANCELOT:

Date/Time Message
--------------------
----------------------------------------------------------
06/06/07 08:16:17 ANR1341I Scratch volume OI0066 has been deleted from
                         storage pool 3584MAILS.(SESSION: 12, PROCESS: 30)

That volume wasn't in the Library so I decided to label it into the
library to make it scratch volume for anyone use.
I loaded the volume into IO station (3584 here), and issued on LANCELOT:
label libv 3584libr search=b labels=b checkin=scr overwrite=y waitt=0

To much of my surprise the LABEL command failed:
Date/Time Message
--------------------
----------------------------------------------------------
06/06/07 09:44:49 ANR8816E LABEL LIBVOLUME: Volume OI0066 in library
3584LIBR cannot be labelled because it is currently
defined in a storage pool or in the volume history
                         file.(SESSION: 12, PROCESS: 34)

The volumehist file on LANCELOT has revealed:
lancelot / >grep OI0066 /usr/local/Tivoli/Config/volhistory
 2005/04/10 01:18:06 STGNEW 0 0 0 3584CLASS
                  OI0066
* Location for volume OI0066 is: 'TSM-SERVER-3'
 2006/10/10 14:01:41 REMOTE 0 0 1 NASCLASS
                  OI0066
 2007/06/06 08:16:17 STGDELETE 0 0 0 3584CLASS
                  OI0066

Does this mean that this particular volume has been belonging to both
LANCELOT and TSM-SERVER-3, then later (today) it has been removed from
LANCELOT but still owned by
 TSM-SERVER-3?

Obvious question how can I fix this?
