I changed the Subject name to more specifically reflect this thread
topic.

Your first priority needs to be to apply maintenance to your TSM
clients.  You can expect problems, in general, when a client is
running base level code.

See message ANS1512E in http://people.bu.edu/rbs/ADSM.QuickFacts for
a summary of common causes for RC 12.  If your client is not running
with the Quiet option, then you can review the scheduler log for the
expected cause of the condition inciting the 12.

Known causes of the ANS1809E are also enumerated in the QuickFacts.
The TSM server log often has an explanation for this, such as tape
drive pre-emption...which gets into schedule load balancing in the
environment.
