Thanks, Richard, I didn't know that one.
It tells me that all my primary storage pools have 0 damaged files. I ran
AUDIT volume on all primary pool volumes for that filespace, with no
effect. I even tried RESET BACKUPoptimization, though I would have been
surprised if it made a difference.
I suspect that the repair after the database problem removed the
references between the files in question and the primary storage pools in
which they were originally stored. Since they are still in the copypool, a
"dsmc incr" makes no difference.
I think I shall open a call with TSM support.
