Hi 
After installing the new remote desktop version ,
all Servers accessed by remote desktop  facility to
run TSM  TDPSQL GUI backup/archive ms-sql databases ,
failed with the following error:
ACO5402E : The Virtual Device Set could not be created
.

 if we run the same process from the server directly
..no error 
is it a Microsoft issue ? what to do .. please help
