The real big dogs always have the best answers. Guys like me choose the
simplest answers! That way I can understand what I'm doing!

If ever in doubt, always listen to Dave and Andy. In case that hasn't
become obvious...

different days

One way to do this would be to have management classes that
have a backup frequency of 7 seven days. You could:

         1. Create Management Class Monday, and associate all files in
the Monday directory to it. Run the backup on Monday.
         2. On Tuesday, create a Management Class Tuesday, and associate
all files in the Tuesday directory to it. Run the backup on Tuesday.
         3. etc......

After you have done this for the first week, all the files
would then be looked at every 7 days. (It still is going to examine the
directories, but not back up any of the data in them.)

Another way to do this would be just to do scheduled
incremental backups on the particular directories and not look at the
other ones for that particular day.
