Bill,
You should be able to do this. For example... assume this:
--- "Storage Group B"
--- MailboxDB1
--- MailboxDB2
--- MailboxDB3
--- MailboxDB4
- A FULL backup is done of "Storage Group B".
- An INCREMENTAL backup is done of "Storage Group B"
- An INCREMENTAL backup is done of "Storage Group B"
- An INCREMENTAL backup is done of "Storage Group B"
- An INCREMENTAL backup is done of "Storage Group B"
You would then do this:
1. Create the Recovery Storage Group (RSG).
2. Add the "MailboxDB2" to the RSG.
3. With Data Protection for Exchange, choose the
"MailboxDB2" and the incrementals you want to restore.
(The incrementals should automatically be chosen for you.)
4. Click the "Restore Options" you desire.
5. Click the Restore button.
If this doesn't work, what problems are you seeing?
If you are running Data Protection for Exchange 5.3 then
you should make sure you are running version 5.3.3.01.
Thanks,
Del
