I ftp the tape management reports. Reports that indicate what tapes are
coming over and what tapes should come back to onsite. I am not did not
think you could ftp the recovery plan to IM. If you find out that you
can would you please let me know.

We use Iron Mountain. I run a script to create the report and then I
ftp it to IM. This works very well.

We have an office that has used Iron Mountain (they have an Internet
service as well as the traditional tape storage vaulting).
I didn't work with them personally, but AFAIK they were happy with it.
