TSM Support would seek the full context of your attempted command
execution: whether it has worked in the past, recent changes, and
hardware context - particularly whether you are employing an External
Library (which is the proverbial can of worms, where ANR8769E can
result). Some TSM queries have to reach outside the system, to
externally controlled hardware (e.g., library) and can run afoul of
problems with those externals. See if any error indications in your
AIX Error Log, and any indicators maintained by external equipment
which may be involved.
